Is your adorable new pup not quite ready for a full groom yet? Our "Grow with Me" package is the perfect way to gently introduce them to grooming in a fun and positive way! Here's how it works: -6 weeks of pampering: Over the course of 6 weeks, your puppy will enjoy fun spa experiences that gradually introduce them to grooming essentials in 3 visits. -Affordable investment: Pay a one-time fee of $150 at the first visit, covering all 3 sessions. -Tailored approach: Each visit builds on the previous one, ensuring a comfortable and successful learning experience. *What's included* Visit 1: -Gentle bath & brush out: Begins your pup's spa journey with a relaxing clean and introduction to grooming tools. -Hands-on learning: We'll teach you proper home grooming techniques so you can maintain your pup's fluffiness in between visits. -Playful breaks & treats: Plenty of playtime and yummy treats ensure a positive association with grooming. Visit 2: -Repeat bath & brush out: Reinforces positive feelings about grooming. -Face, feet & sanitary trimming: Introduces gentle trimming in a relaxed environment. -More fun & learning: Playtime continues, along with personalized guidance on your pup's specific needs. Visit 3: -Review & reinforcement: We revisit everything learned and answer any questions you have. Confident first haircut: We attempt a full haircut in a calming and playful manner. -Graduation celebration: Your pup receives a brush, comb, hydrating spray, treats, and a hilarious "Masters in Puppy Grooming with a Minor in Adorableness" certificate! Benefits for your pup: -Reduced stress & fear: Gradual introduction builds confidence and comfort with grooming. -Happy & healthy coat: Learn proper at-home care for a beautiful, healthy pup. Important notes: Please note: -This package is for puppies under 6 months old only. -Individual progress varies. Cancellation Policy
Respecting Schedules and Ensuring Pawsitive Grooming Experiences: Our Cancellation Policy At Hero Hounds, we strive to accommodate all our amazing furry friends by maintaining a flexible schedule. To ensure fairness for everyone, we kindly request your attention to our cancellation policy: Cancellation: To give another pup a chance to shine, please let us know about any appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Multiple Cancellations: After two instances of late cancellations (within 48 hours), we kindly request prepayment for future appointments, in addition to the $50 cancellation fee per violation. Please Note: We regret that refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or missed appointments. Why This Matters: Timely cancellations allow us to offer openings to other clients waiting for grooming appointments. Prepayment after multiple cancellations helps maintain scheduling fairness and predictability. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel within the 48-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll be happy to try and find a solution that works for everyone.
